I am a wife, mother, daughter, friend, and entrepreneur who has been blessed abundantly with a life that I love. Caitlin brings over 15 years of expertise in the home health and hospice industry, offering a wealth of knowledge and a broad range of skills to our team. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and fostering the professional development of others. Caitlin’s guidance is characterized by her passion for exceptional patient care, continuous improvement and her ability to inspire those around her. Outside of her professional endeavors, Caitlin values her family life. She is a devoted spouse and the proud mother of two young children.

Kayla Avalon, wife to Michael and mom to three teenage children. She is a dedicated nurse with 20 years of experience, bringing both clinical expertise and compassion to her work. Kayla’s professional journey is grounded in a deep commitment to caring for others, informed by her role as a wife, mother, and trusted healthcare professional. Her extensive experience allows her to provide knowledgeable, thoughtful, and patient-centered care, making a meaningful impact on those she serves.
